Venturer Scouts are challenged to look wide - to seek opportunities for adventure they may not have thought possible before.

Scouts will learn about self-motivation, and the courage required to overcome the challenges they face. Scouts will realise the value of their support networks, as well as how these will adapt and change with time and the pursuit of new interests.

Our Unit is managed using our constitution. We draw inspiration from the spirit of Rovering to Success which was written by Lord Baden Powell.
