1st Ermington Scout Hall is available for hire.
Our facilities are generally suited for functions such as family gatherings (we do not hire the hall out for 18th & 21st birthday parties), kids parties (for children aged 1-10), practitioner sessions (e.g. tax accountants, counselling services, dance classes, academic/instrument tutoring, meditation/yoga classes), religious studies, club meetings etc. The hall is an alcohol-free zone. Hall capacity is 50 people.

• kitchen with fridge, freezer, kettle, oven, microwave, bench space
• small deck area 
• well maintained grounds, fully fenced
• outdoor powerpoints - ideal for jumping castle set up
• on-street public parking only

Additional Hire Fee Costs
We also have a BBQ and a data projector that can be hired at extra cost - Price on Application

Your Responsibilities

• you must take away your own garbage
• wipe down table tops and kitchen benches
• put away any chairs or tables that you have used
• sweep the floor
• any spills need to be mopped up
• please advise of any items that need repair
